Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Operator based in Panvel. Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, ensuring precision and accuracy in machining, and conducting routine machine maintenance. The CNC Operator will monitor the production process to ensure quality standards, troubleshoot issues during operations, and collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines. Additionally, the CNC Operator will adhere to safety guidelines and maintain proper equipment calibration.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CNC machine operations, including setup, programming, and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong knowledge of machining tools and materials
• Problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing operational challenges
• Attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks
• Understanding of safety regulations and protocols in an industrial environment
• Excellent coordination and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the production team
• Prior experience in CNC machining or a related manufacturing role is beneficial
