Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines and will be responsible for producing high-quality parts according to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand machining requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience as a CNC operator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and programming.
- Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming languages.
- Experience with various CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and routers.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and inspection techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
