Responsibilities

Set up CNC machines by installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to job specifications, drawings, and process sheets.

Operate CNC machines to perform machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling, and tapping while ensuring adherence to quality and production standards.

Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments to offsets and parameters, and ensure smooth operation to achieve accurate dimensions and surface finish.

Inspect finished components using measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure compliance with tolerance and quality requirements.

Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning machines, checking coolant levels, and reporting any machine malfunctions or tool wear to minimize downtime
