We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience operating CNC machines, with a strong understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing processes. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines for various manufacturing processes.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce components accurately.
- Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in the workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and quality.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience as a CNC Operator or in a related field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
- Experience with various CNC machinery, such as lathes, mills, and routers.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC operations.
- Ability to perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes used in CNC machining.
