Overview
Join Brijon Pharmatech as a CNC Operator & Programmer working onsite in our manufacturing department dedicated to high-precision tablet tooling. You will operate and program advanced CNC and VMC machines using Fanuc and Siemens controllers, producing tools that meet stringent pharmaceutical standards.
Responsibilities
Program and operate CNC machines to manufacture and finish tablet tooling parts to exact specifications. Interpret technical blueprints, set fixtures, optimize machining programs with G-code and CAM software, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure consistent output quality.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in CNC / VMC operation and programming with Fanuc or Siemens controllers.
- Strong knowledge of G-code, CAM software, and fixture setting.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical tooling or precision engineering preferred.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for machining challenges
