CNC Milling & Turning Operator

We are looking for a skilled and precision-driven CNC Milling / Turning Operator to join our manufacturing team at Hardware Park, Maheswaram. If you have strong hands-on experience in 2D programming, G-code verification, and quality inspection, we want to connect with you!  

Location: Hardware Park, Ravicherla, Maheswaram (Nearby Shamshabad, Hyderabad)

Job Type: Full-time 

Shift Type: Rotational Shifts 

Experience: 2 to 6 years 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Setup & Operation: Efficiently run CNC Milling and Turning centers.
•  Programming & Verification: Read 2D drawings and verify G-code/M-code programs before execution.
•  Machine Adjustments: Correctly perform tool offset and wear adjustments to maintain accuracy.
•  Quality Inspection: Conduct critical part inspections using Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, and Bore Gauges.
•  Material Handling: Work confidently with Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS), Aluminum, Brass, and Copper.

Requirements:

•  2 to 6 years of solid experience as a CNC Machinist.
•  Strong blueprint reading skills and knowledge of measuring instruments.
•  Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
•  Immediate joiners or candidates nearby Shamshabad / Maheswaram are preferred.
