Description
We are looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance CNC machinery, ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repair of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in CNC equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production flow.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new CNC machinery as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance and repair.
- Experience with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems in CNC machines.
- ISO Documentation.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and procedures.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and software for CNC machines.
- Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
