We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with 3-4 years of experience to join our manufacturing team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts, while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand the required specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve production processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in CNC machining or a related field.
- Proficiency in operating CNC lathes and milling machines.
- Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and tools.
- Knowledge of quality control measures and inspection techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
