Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for CNC Machine Operators at EPPINGER TOOLING ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Chennai. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machines, controlling tool paths, and ensuring efficient machine performance. Daily tasks include setting up machines, monitoring operations, performing quality checks, troubleshooting machine issues, and adhering to safety and production guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with the production team to ensure high-quality output.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and experience working with CNC tools
- Skills in Quality Control and ensuring precision in machining tasks
- Familiarity with Milling and Machining processes and equipment
- Understanding of Machinery operations and basic mechanical troubleshooting
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment
- A relevant technical diploma or certification in machining or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
