Pro Tools is looking for motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines efficiently while maintaining quality standards and production targets. Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC Turning/Machining Center machines.
- Load and unload components safely.
- Perform tool offset and basic machine setting adjustments.
- Read engineering drawings and follow work instructions.
- Measure finished components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections.
- Ensure production quality and minimize rejection.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Report machine issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Required Skills- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation
- Understanding of engineering drawings
- Knowledge of measuring instruments
- Attention to detail and quality
- Good learning attitude and teamwork
- Basic understanding of machining processes
Preferred Skills- Experience in CNC Turning or VMC operations
- Knowledge of Fanuc or Siemens CNC controls
- Understanding of tool offsets and tool life management
Eligibility- ITI (Turner/Fitter/Machinist) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 2–3 years of CNC machine operating experience are preferred.
