Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in CNC operations, with the ability to produce high-quality parts while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNCVMC or VTL machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure product quality.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations required.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products and document results accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in CNC VMC or VTL machining or related field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and programming.
- Familiarity with various CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and routers.
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for quality control.
- Basic knowledge of machining materials and their properties.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
