Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC/Laser Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience operating CNC and laser cutting machines, ensuring precision in production and maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and laser cutting machines according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and maintain safety standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC/Laser Machine Operator (2-10 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
- Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming languages.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
