CNC Laser Cutting Machine Programmere

Responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing CNC laser cutting programs to ensure efficient

production, optimal material utilization, and high-quality output in sheet metal manufacturing.

Qualification and Experience:

ITI or Diploma in Mechanical engineering with minimum of 3 years experience

as Laser cutting CNC machine Programmer

Skillsets Requirements

Develop CNC programs for laser cutting machines using CAD/CAM and nesting software

Hands on experience on Radon nesting software is an added advantage

Prepare optimized nesting layouts to maximize sheet utilization and minimize scrap

Select appropriate cutting parameters (power, speed, gas type, pressure)

Attention to detail

Good in communication with shop floor team

Planning and time management

Continuous improvement mindset (Lean / Kaizen)

Expected Competencies

Ability to optimize material usage and reduce scrap

Proficiency in reading digital blueprints, drawings & understanding CNC Operations

Safety Compliance:

Strong computer skills for operating the machine's control software and managing digital

designs.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
