CNC / CAM PROGRAMMER (Mazak Machine)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a CNC/CAM Programmer specializing in Mazak Machines. The CNC/CAM Programmer will be responsible for developing precise CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, and optimizing machining processes to meet production requirements. The tasks include setting up and operating Mills and CNC machines, programming CNC tools, ensuring quality, and maintaining equipment for efficient operation.

• Proficiency in CNC Programming, including experience with Mazak-specific machines and software
• Strong skills in Technical Drawing interpretation and development
• Hands-on experience in Milling and Machining operations
• Ability to program and troubleshoot CNC systems effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Relevant trade certification or diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering is advantageous
• Experience in the tyre or plastic industry will be a plus
