Cnc Application Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers on CNC grinding machines, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to machine operation, maintenance, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product designs, specifications, and documentation for CNC grinding machines.
• Conduct site visits to inspect customer installations and provide recommendations for improving machine performance and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts by providing exceptional service, responding promptly to inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in Application Engineering or a related field (CNC grinding machines).
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Automobile/Mechanical).
• Strong understanding of machine tools such as lathe, milling machine, VMC; knowledge of grinding process control systems an added advantage.
