CN&S Data Visualization - VP

As a Data and Product leadwithin the Climate, Nature, and Social Risk (CN&S) team, you will play a crucial role in translating complex data sets and models into actionable insights and taking those products to the users in collaboration with subject matter experts. Your expertise will enable stakeholders to identify patterns and trends to facilitate informed decision-making. Your product expertise and the ability to drive the AI/ML solutions at scale would improve the time-to-market of the solutions and its operationalization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data, model developer, and risk managers to ensure the bank's risk analytics are robust and aligned with industry best practices and business requirements. By transforming complex models into intuitive visual formats and leveraging AI capabilities, this role is key in bridging the gap between technical analysis and practical application for risk manager. Your role involves developing product designs that highlight key risk indicators and potential impacts on the bank's operations. You will ideate through those design ideas with stakeholders and build them in collaboration with the Technology teams. Through your efforts, you will enhance the bank's sustainability and resilience, integrating CN&S risk considerations into the broader risk management framework and positioning the bank as a leader in addressing environmental and social risks.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop product designs that rapidly transform data, extract insights and tailor output to meet business needs, leveraging AI/ML solutions as appropriate
• Contribute to the definition of a product strategy and ensure that the investments are made and scaled aligned to the strategy
• Enhance delivery of data driven insights providing visual impact and providing input into the scope and depth of analytics
• Prepare targeted analysis for high-profile risk analyses for Board and C-Suite stakeholders, delivering impactful and insightful results
• Contribute to other projects including technology, audit and regulatory requests as needed
• Adhere to robust data controls processes, and governance practices in line with firms guidelines

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in data science, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in Product design, Product management, and portfolio risk analytics.
• Experience in scaling and operationalization of AI-based solutions in high-impact tech or product-based company is desirable.
• Knowledge of CN&S related metrics and their impact on business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to senior management through concise written/oral and graphical representation
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional working groups
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques (e.g. Tableau, Business Objects, Alteryx) and a keen eye for detail and accuracy
