Job Title: CMT Executive (Carrier Management Team)

Location: Quark Atrium, Mohali

Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM)

Experience: 2+ Years

Job Summary:

We are hiring a CMT Executive to manage carrier operations, ensure timely shipment movement, and maintain strong carrier relationships in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with carriers for load booking and on-time pickups/deliveries
• Track shipments and resolve transit issues
• Maintain carrier performance and negotiate rates when required
• Update systems and prepare basic operational reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics/carrier management/freight brokerage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics systems
