Job Title: CMS Monitoring Operator (24×7 Rotational Shift)

Shift: 24×7 rotational shift (including night shifts) — with night shift allowance

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + night shift allowance (based on experience)

PEHRAA is a 24×7 sensor-based alarm monitoring platform built by Suraksha24 Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a DPIIT-recognized startup based in Ludhiana. We're building the professional monitoring layer that Indian homes, shops, and factories have never really had — zero-upfront IoT sensor installation, backed by a live monitoring center, with no cameras involved.

This is the heart of what PEHRAA does. As a CMS Monitoring Operator, you'll be one of the people actually watching — reviewing sensor alerts from customer homes, shops, and factories in real time, verifying whether an alert is genuine, and following the correct SOP to escalate when it matters. Every alert we handle correctly, and every false alarm we correctly filter out, comes down to the judgment and attention of the person on this desk.

• Monitor live sensor alerts (door/window, motion, glass-break, smoke/gas) from customer sites on the CMS platform
• Review each alert against the site's SOP and determine whether it's genuine or routine
• Escalate verified incidents per protocol — including contacting local authorities where advised
• Log every event accurately and promptly, with correct timestamps and notes
• Handle customer calls related to alerts, false triggers, or system status
• Flag recurring issues (low battery, connectivity drops, sensor faults) to the maintenance team
• Maintain shift handover notes for a smooth transition to the next operator
• Follow all escalation and reporting protocols without deviation

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) — graduates also welcome
• Comfortable working 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Basic computer literacy — comfortable navigating a monitoring dashboard/software
• Clear communication skills in Hindi/Punjabi; working English preferred
• Calm, level-headed under pressure — you'll sometimes need to make quick judgment calls
• Strong attention to detail and discipline in following procedures
• Prior experience in a control room, CCTV monitoring, BPO/call center, or customer support role is a plus — freshers with the right temperament are welcome to apply
