What You'll Do
- Convert high-fidelity designs from Figma (or similar tools) into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces.
- Create user interfaces without detailed mockups, using strong visual sense and modern UI/UX principles.
- Build responsive, mobile-first layouts that perform smoothly across all major browsers and devices.
- Work closely with designers and backend developers to align on design accuracy, usability, and implementation.
- Develop and customize frontends for CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
- Maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code with proper Git version control.
- Ensure accessibility, performance optimization, and visual consistency across all pages.
- Stay updated with the latest web design and front-end development trends.

What We're Looking For
Technical Skills
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ability to translate designs from Figma or Sketch into pixel-accurate UIs.
- Skilled enough to build UI layouts and interactions without complete mockups.
- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS or similar modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with WordPress and Shopify front-end customization and theme integration.
- Understanding of UI/UX design fundamentals, color theory, spacing, and typography.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), semantic HTML, and best practices.
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
Bonus Skills
- Exposure to React.js or component-based frameworks.
- Knowledge of front-end performance metrics (LCP, CLS, etc.) and optimization.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools (Vite, Webpack) and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.
Soft Skills
- Strong eye for aesthetics and usability.
- Self-starter attitude able to work independently and manage deadlines.
