- Proficiency in Staad / Mathcad / Ansys (preferable)
- Thorough knowledge in Indian code (steel) and acquainted with international codes.
- Relevant knowledge in structural integrity & behaviours, force transfers, critical stress concentration based on structural shape and load type.
- Capable to perform Concrete, Pile foundations & Retaining wall structures.
- Through knowledge in design for steel structures / various types of bolted and welded connections / available structural sections for various Indian and International standards.
- Capable to analysis high rise steel structures / Plat girders / heavily loaded connections & padeyes.
- Basic knowledge in Soil Mechanics to understand soil report and its design impact.
- Preparation and review of structural design calculations, design reports, general arrangement drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications .
- Good communication and technical report-writing skills for client interactions, design presentations, and engineering reviews.
