  • Strong exposure to Plastics Injection Molding / Rubber Molding / Precision Components
  • Proven track record in converting business from automotive OEMs & Tier-1 customers
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong costing and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and client management capabilities
  • Presentable, passionate, energetic, and a go-getter mindset Ability to work in fastpaced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
  • Strong problem-solving approach and cross-functional leadership skills
