Description
We are seeking an experienced CMMS Supervisor (Mechanical) to lead our maintenance team in implementing and optimizing our CMMS processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and be proficient in CMMS software to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for mechanical operations.
- Manage and train a team of maintenance personnel on CMMS best practices and functionalities.
- Analyze equipment performance data to recommend improvements and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure optimal equipment uptime.
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance metrics and CMMS effectiveness to management.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for maintenance activities in the CMMS.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Proficient in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
