Key Responsibilities:
CMMS Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of CMMS solutions tailored to the company's operational needs.
- Configure system settings and user permissions, ensuring proper integration with existing software and hardware systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders (maintenance, IT, engineering) to gather system requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
System Administration and Support:
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to the CMMS software, ensuring the system remains up-to-date and secure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues, providing technical support to users.
- Monitor the system's performance, managing downtime and minimizing disruptions to maintenance operations.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of CMMS data, including maintenance logs, work orders, inventory management, and asset history.
- Generate and analyze reports related to asset performance, maintenance schedules, and resource utilization to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams to develop dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into maintenance activities.
Training and User Support:
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users on CMMS functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide ongoing user support, assisting maintenance teams with system navigation and query resolution.
System Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in system functionality and propose enhancements to optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with CMMS software updates, new technologies, and industry trends to recommend upgrades or system improvements.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure CMMS meets regulatory requirements, safety standards, and data security protocols.
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Coordinate with IT teams for system integration, security patches, and infrastructure management.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to align CMMS data with operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in managing and supporting CMMS or similar systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of CMMS software platforms (e.g., SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Understanding of asset management, preventive maintenance, and maintenance workflows.
- Experience with system integration and database management (SQL, MS Access, etc.) is a plus.
