Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CMM Faro Engineer located in Tijara. The CMM Faro Engineer will be responsible for performing precision measurements using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Faro arms. Key responsibilities include developing measurement programs, interpreting technical drawings and tolerances, generating inspection reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote adherence to quality standards. The role also involves identifying and addressing quality issues and contributing to process improvements to ensure product excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CMM programming, operation, and the use of Faro arms for precision measurements
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Experience in inspection reporting, quality assurance practices, and root cause analysis
- Hands-on experience in identifying and recommending process improvements
- Proficiency in software associated with metrology and CMM systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is a plus
