Job Description

  • Strategy & Needs Assessment:Develop annual training strategies aligned with business goals and conductTraining Needs Analysis (TNA)to identify gaps.
  • Execution & Delivery:Deliver onboarding, product, process, and sales training via classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training (OJT) methods.
  • Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Coaching & Mentoring:Provide actionable feedback to staff and managers to improve skills.
  • Content Development:Create or update training materials and ensure adoption of digital learning platforms.
  • Compliance:Ensure all training complies with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
