A Banca Channel Trainer in life insurance is responsible fortraining bank staff (partners) on insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance to drive sales targets. Key duties include designing training modules, conducting on-the-job training, enhancing product knowledge, improving sales conversions, and managing relationships with bank branch managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery:Conduct product, process, and sales training for bank staff through workshops, webinars, and in-person sessions.
• Sales Enablement:Train bank employees on need-based selling, handling objections, and customer engagement to boost insurance sales.
• Content Development:Design and update training modules covering new products, regulatory changes (IRDAI), and compliance norms.
• Relationship Management:Collaborate with bank branch staff and managers to identify training needs and drive insurance awareness.
• Performance Monitoring:Track training effectiveness through assessments, monitor sales performance, and provide feedback to improve skill levels.
• Onboarding:Conduct induction programs for new joiners within the banca channel.
