Role Description

Credvest is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager for its real estate operations in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role where the individual will lead sales initiatives, drive business growth, and manage a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and staying up-to-date with industry developments. The role requires a strategic thinker who can create and implement effective sales plans and objectives while working in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Leadership within the real estate sector, demonstrated ability to manage teams and deliver on sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to establish and maintain client and stakeholder connections.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of Bengaluru's real estate landscape is highly desirable.
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills to prioritize effectively and drive results in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
