Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Cluster sales manager at Radian Finserv. The role involves managing and streamlining daily Sales processes, customer acquisition, Team handling. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales and service initiatives, coordinating projects, collaborating with teams, and analyzing data to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, performance tracking, and decision-making
  • Excellent Communication skills for internal collaboration and customer interactions
  • Experience in Sales and Operations Management to drive initiatives and optimize workflows
  • Project Management skills for planning, organising, and executing tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of BFSI sector norms and regulations is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
