Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager based in Hyderabad. The Cluster Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, manage and mentor a team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships.

• Proven experience in sales strategy development, business development, and account management
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with skills in coaching and guiding sales teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Knowledge of the fleet and logistics industry, operations, or related technological solutions is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
