Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager located in Rajkot. The Cluster Sales Manager will oversee sales performance across multiple branches, ensure the achievement of sales targets, and lead and motivate teams to drive customer engagement. Responsibilities include managing business development activities, maintaining client relationships, monitoring market trends, and implementing sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
• Understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and sales strategy implementation
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Relevant experience in the banking or financial services sector is advantageous
