Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the education and not-for-profit sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise and educational institutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure successful client acquisition.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cluster Sales Head should have:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of the not-for-profit industry and enterprise sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
