About the Role
As a Facility Manager at Union Living, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations across multiple co-living properties. This is a high-impact role that demands strong operational leadership, vendor management expertise, and a commitment to maintaining premium-quality standards across all sites.
You'll be responsible for overseeing daily facility operations, managing vendors, leading property launches, and ensuring compliance and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, and security across multiple sites.
- Lead new property launches, from pre-launch planning and fit-outs to successful go-live operations.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), vendor relationships, and procurement to ensure service excellence and cost optimization.
- Implement and maintain 100% compliance with all safety, fire, and security protocols.
- Conduct regular property audits and preventive maintenance checks.
- Lead and mentor on-ground property staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and alignment with brand standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the community, finance, and projects teams for operational excellence.
Who We're Looking For
- 35 years of experience in Facility Management or Hospitality Operations.
- Background in Commercial FM, Co-living, Hospitality, or Managed Accommodation.
- Proven track record of managing single or multi-property portfolios.
- Strong understanding of compliance, preventive maintenance, and vendor management.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on approach with a customer-first mindset.
