We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager to oversee and manage last mile delivery operations across assigned hubs and delivery stations in Gudur. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills to ensure smooth delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end last mile delivery operations across assigned clusters/hubs.
- Monitor daily delivery performance, SLA adherence, and operational productivity.
- Lead and supervise hub managers, supervisors, riders, and support staff.
- Ensure timely dispatch, route planning, and successful order deliveries.
- Analyze operational MIS reports and implement corrective action plans.
- Maintain fleet utilization, rider attendance, and manpower planning.
- Handle escalations related to delivery delays, customer complaints, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational policies.
- Drive process improvements to reduce delivery turnaround time and operational costs.
- Monitor cash handling, reconciliation, and documentation processes where applicable.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of operations staff.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce or last mile delivery operations.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience in cluster or hub operations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of route planning, rider management, and operational KPIs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

- Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, or logistics companies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hubs and large delivery teams efficiently.
