Duties And Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue
- Drive AUM growth, cross-sell, and revenue generation through existing and new client relationships.
- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Achieve defined business and productivity targets.
Market Engagement & Knowledge
- Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and investment opportunities.
- Participate in investor awareness sessions, client events, and market discussions.
Advisory & Investment Solutions
- Understand client goals, risk appetite, and financial needs to recommend suitable investment solutions.
- Offer advisory across:
- Mutual Funds & Fixed Income
- Broking & Insurance
- Structured Products & Alternate Assets
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and market updates with clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with HNI and affluent clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients across investments, portfolio reviews, and service needs.
- Deliver a high-quality, personalized client experience at every touchpoint.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all activities are conducted in line with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and suitability norms.
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records.
Required Qualifications And Experience
Experience & Qualifications
Educational Background
- 38 years of experience in Relationship & Wealth Management, Broking, or Financial Advisory.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- NISM & IRDA mandatory.

- Good understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, client-friendly manner.
