Membership Sales & Guest Engagement
- Lead membership operations across hotel clusters in Bengaluru to drive sales, revenue, and profitability.
- Drive in-hotel membership sales through strong lobby presence, guest interactions, and conversion of hotel footfalls
- Ensure high visibility of membership programs across key hotel touchpoints including lobby, outlets, and front desk
- Drive member acquisition through walk-ins, referrals, digital enquiries, partnerships, and activation initiatives
- Maximize conversion across all sales channels including in-hotel sales, voice, outbound campaigns, digital enquiries, website leads etc
Hotel Partnerships & Business Leadership
- Build strong relationships with Hotel GMs and leadership teams to drive program success
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance monitoring with partner hotels
- Drive collaboration between hotel teams, marketing, operations and corporate functions
- Identify new business opportunities, local partnerships and activation opportunities within hotels
Digital Orientation
- Champion TLC DigiTech's digital-first approach across partner hotels
- Promote digital adoption and awareness of membership platforms including website, App, online renewals and customer engagement tools within teams and hotel
- Support digital campaigns, social lead generation, influence engagement, and data-led sales optimization
Team Management & Operational Excellence
- Lead recruitment, productivity, grooming, and performance of hotel-based sales teams
- Ensure compliance with operational, audit, and customer service standards
- Maintain a strong member-first approach across all hotel operations
