Cluster Head
To act as the business owner for a multi-state cluster, responsible for establishing and scaling the TAG business from zero. To achieve revenue targets, build a robust channel and influencer ecosystem, and lead the cluster team to execute the national strategy effectively.
- Leadership Pipeline: Identify and develop at least 2 Cluster Heads for future leadership roles (Succession Planning)
- Team Engagement: Achieve a team engagement score of >85% across the vertical
- Drive a culture of innovation and intrapreneurship
- Increase the share-of-shelf for BW TAG products in the top 100 retail outlets in the cluster
- Convert X% of the influencer base into BW Loyalists
- Grow the cluster's project sales funnel to >X Crores
- Territory Optimization: Conduct a review and optimize sales territories for maximum efficiency.
- Complaint Resolution: Reduce the average complaint resolution time in the cluster by 20%.
- Drive adoption of digital tools for sales reporting and lead management
- Talent Development: Identify and groom at least one high-potential team member for a future leadership role
- Best Practice Sharing: Implement a mechanism for sharing best practices across states within the cluster
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
