Roles and Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Oversee operations across all hostel properties from Gurugram HQ. 
• Ensure SOP implementation and operational consistency. 
• Monitor occupancy, service quality, and key performance metrics. 

2. Team Coordination

• Coordinate with Property Managers and on-ground teams. 
• Support hiring, training, and performance reviews. 
• Conduct regular operational review meetings. 

3. Process Optimization & Quality Control

• Identify process gaps and improve operational efficiency. 
• Conduct audits to maintain service and brand standards. 
• Build reporting systems and track property performance. 

4. Performance & Cost Control

• Track revenue, expenses, and profitability across properties. 
• Improve cost efficiency through better resource management. 
• Manage vendor coordination and procurement oversight. 

5. Guest Experience & Compliance

• Monitor guest reviews and resolve escalations. 
• Ensure high service standards across properties. 
• Maintain compliance with operational and safety regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality

Experience: 4–5 years in hotel/hostel operations

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Good with Excel, MIS, PMS and OTAs 
• Ability to manage multiple properties.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Gross Salary: INR 35,000 per month + variable incentives
