- Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Build strong relationships with Cluster Heads, Branch Managers, and bank staff.
- Lead, coach, and monitor Sales Managers or Relationship Managers.
- Conduct product and sales training for bank employees.
- Review branch-wise performance and implement action plans to improve productivity.
- Ensure lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy conversion.
- Maintain compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
- Monitor persistency, renewal, and customer service metrics.
- Analyze MIS reports and provide regular business updates to management.
