What You Will Do – Key Responsibilities:
Identify, connect with clients for focused projects and understand their requirements and help them to choose the home with their requirements .
Drive business development and revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Present Grahm's solutions to clients through meetings, site visits, and presentations.
Convert qualified leads through consultative selling, advisory discussions, and negotiations.
Enhance brand presence and credibility within the real estate developer ecosystem.
Expand the client base through referrals and repeat business from existing developer partners.
Act as a key liaison between internal teams and developer clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Who You Are – Skills & Experience Required:
Graduate / Post-Graduate / MBA from any stream.
4–8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in:
Real estate services.
Team handling experience of 2 + years .
Wealth management
Hospitality
Co-working / Managed office spaces
Luxury or allied sectors
Strong ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills are an added advantage
High ownership mindset with accountability for results
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
Solution-oriented with a consultative approach
Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills
A collaborative team player and quick learner
Comfortable using productivity tools such as Office365 or Google Workspace.
