Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.
Need of complete ownership of Partner & Transactions Issue resolution for Ecommerce business to,
- Lead solutioning with Partner, Product, KAMs & Tech Teams for all Ecom business capabilities
- Responsible for end to end tracking, timelines, project charter and project reporting to all relevant stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day deliverables by the team and provide technical & techno-business mentoring to the team
Duties And Responsibilities
- Capabilities development & API Integrations
- Lead calls with Partner & their Tech Team for exact requirement gathering for any capability development / 3in1 integration requirements. Getting requirements right the first time is a key responsibility
- Closing out solutioning with Partner, BFL IT, Product & Business KAMs and submit User Story for all capabilities
- Lead & handhold partners for any IT deployment, new capabilities to be deployed or any integration to be done with partners
- Be the interface between IT, Business Team & Partner for all work till requirement go-live
- Project planning, tracking using Azure boards, Testing & go-live monitoring
- Solution capabilities for seamless integration across Partner Website, App and 3in1 & Marketplace
- Engage with SF COE for seamless solutions across BFL systems
- Coordination with IT & Partners for delivering tasks on time and with desired quality
- Post deployment, monitor, report & troubleshoot all aspects of deployment for a period of 60 days
- Identify key trends in technology which may have significant impact on business in the short to medium term
- Team Management
- Manage day-to-day deliverables by the team and provide technical & techno-business mentoring to the team
- Identify the learning needs to enhance the skillset and capabilities of team members. Work with L&D team to execute learning programs
- Participate in selection process to identify the right talent for positions within the team
- Set objectives, conduct reviews and close appraisal processes for the team as per timelines
- Up to date understanding of latest available customer facing tools/technologies and passion for continuously updating self-knowledge about technology enabled business use cases
- Demonstrate knowledge of product/platform features and ability to conceptualize, design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production
- Business Reporting
- Responsible for creating, enhancing & updating delivery plans/trackers; tracking timelines, and reporting status & dependencies to all relevant stakeholders for all ongoing capabilities on a continuous basis.
- Tracking and monitoring of daily tasks and team's deliverables for projects with internal teams as well as Partners
- Provide routine guidance to team and monitor work output to ensure that necessary MIS, dashboards etc are sent
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Engineering Graduate / Post-graduate, MBA
- Work Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Financial Services Industry background with exposure to multiple aspects of project management, with significant exposure to product development
- Strong Project / program management with hands-on experience in delivering customer facing apps and website integrations
- Previous experience in online website & API technologies
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills and ability to quickly grasp concepts and drive with agility as independent designer. Self-start for initiatives is key.
