Key Responsibilities:
Operations & P&L
- Own end-to-end operations and P&L for 5 outlets — revenue, COGS, labour cost, wastage, overheads
- Ensure SOPs across kitchen prep, food safety (FSSAI), inventory management, and front-of-house service
- Conduct regular outlet audits covering hygiene, operations, equipment, and compliance
Product Quality
- Maintain standards across the full lineup — Cloudy™, Galactic Smoothies, AlienKind Lab, Juice Craft, Cake Shakes, Starship Burger™, Hyperslab Sandos, Portal Bagels, Mango Collection
- Drive speed of service without compromising quality or the AlienKind experience
Team & Culture
- Recruit, train, and retain outlet managers, kitchen staff, and frontline crew
- Build a culture of ownership, speed, and brand pride; identify and groom future leaders
Brand Experience & Delivery
- Be the on-ground brand custodian and the face of AlienKind — protect the design ethos, in-store energy, and customer experience
- Own delivery platform performance (Zomato, Swiggy); drive satisfaction scores and online order growth
- Collaborate with marketing on local activations, influencer visits, and new launch rollouts
Reporting
- Daily/weekly/monthly MIS; track AOS, SOS, COGS %, labour %, customer ratings
- Partner with leadership on new outlet launches and operational playbook development
Must-have Requirements:
- 2+ years managing 3–5 QSR / café / F&B outlets
- Strong kitchen ops, food costing, FSSAI, and delivery management
- Excellent communicator — articulate, confident, and sharp enough to be the face of AlienKind
- Proven P&L ownership
- Operationally sharp, presentable, brand-conscious
- Comfortable with MIS, POS, Excel
