Cluster Manager

KOTS is a fast-growing company in the housing sector, focused on delivering high-quality living solutions. We're looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to lead and streamline operations across multiple properties in Bangalore.

Experience: 10+ years (Facility Management – preferably residential real estate)

Location: Bangalore

Type: Full-time, field role (No WFH)

Workdays: Mon–Fri (8 AM–6 PM) + Sat half-day

Requirement: Bike mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Manage tenant lifecycle: check-ins, check-outs, escalations, and satisfaction

Oversee building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, AMCs)

Conduct property inspections and ensure upkeep of records & inventory

Lead and manage teams (Facility Managers, Ops Executives, technicians, housekeeping)

Handle staffing, training, compliance, and agency coordination

Ensure daily, monthly, and audit reporting across clusters

Strong communication and stakeholder management

Structured, organized, and hands-on approach

Knowledge of maintenance and operations

Ability to travel across assigned properties
