Cluster Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in CSR Fundraising and Government Liaising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) fundraising initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with government bodies and officials
• Oversee cluster-level operations and team management
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies
• Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and government policies
• Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders

Requirements:

• 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in CSR fundraising and government liaising
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in fundraising and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of CSR policies and government regulations
• Leadership and team management experience
• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
