Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow resource with strong expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). The role involves leading design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide IT solution like which include technology like Webservice, API, Cloud platform like service now
- Defining project milestone and drive partner/development teams to ensure delivery on time.
- Monitoring and working on issue resolution by partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Adhering to all Infosec, compliance & regulatory guidelines and making sure that every platform is meeting these directives
- Code Review
- Responsible for Delivery schedule, Change process management, Project Monitoring and Status Reporting
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure delivery of the agreed solutions
- Test new builds for all scenarios & production outcomes
- Ability to manage a team of of 4-5 developer

- Decisions in solutions through technology, innovation
- Tackle production issues without escalations
Major Challenges
- Managing on-time delivery & support as it is a critical responsibility
- Meeting expectations of various internal stakeholders while managing external platform vendors on deliveries
- Provide technical solution and production deployment activity
Required Qualifications And Experience
Min. Qualification required is Btech/MCA
CSA certified
Exceptional communication skills
Good negotiation skills
Relevant work experience of 6 to 9 Years in service Now.
Minimum 2 implementation on TPRM/ORM GRC stack
Minimum 3+ year experience in service now custom development
