Designation: Cluster Head- IFA/ Sub-Broker Sales

CTC: Up to 15 LPA

Reporting to: Regional Head

Location: Hyderabad & Chennai

Responsible for mentoring, monitoring and driving the cluster sales team to achieve the sales numbers through IFA Channel.

Engage with IFAs, influence them to sell MF, PMS, PE, AIF, Unlisted Shares, Equity Advisory Products, Insurance, Direct Equity and Bonds through the company's platform.

Conduct seminars for the IFAs and their clients on different products.

• Achieve given AUM and Revenue targets.
• Maintain relationships with the existing network of IFAs.
• Recruit potential new IFAs.
• Manage, recruit and drive the sales team for meeting efforts and performance targets.
• Ensure the highest servicing standard for IFAs in the areas of sales support, query resolution, product training and client seminars.
• Build up a team as per the defined organisation structure.

Job Mandates:

• Educational Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate
• Experience: 5+ Years in sales of investment products through the IFA channel/ B2B/ Franchisee Channel.
• Team handling experience: Recommended
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of market pulse, trade knowledge, and understanding of the indirect channel.
• IT Skills: MS Office and Business Intelligence Applications.
