Supply Strategy & Scaling
- Build and execute supply growth strategies across assigned regions.
- Scale operational processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Vendor & Team Management
- Manage and coordinate large vendor networks and field teams.
- Drive performance through regular reviews, feedback, and process improvements.
Process Optimization
- Identify and implement tools and workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Work on cost optimization and execution excellence.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain strong communication and alignment across functions.
Ground-Level Operations
- Spend time in the field to understand operational challenges firsthand.
- Develop scalable solutions to improve on-ground execution.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track operational metrics and performance regularly.
- Prepare reports and share insights with internal teams and stakeholders.
Workforce Acquisition
- Support the acquisition and engagement of blue-collar and grey-collar workers.
- Build scalable processes for workforce onboarding and engagement.

Additional Information
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, supply, vendor management, or field operations.
- Strong experience managing teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership.
