Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Manager based in Hyderabad. The Cluster Manager will oversee day-to-day Bancassurance Sales, manage team performance, and ensure the achievement of regional sales and service targets. Responsibilities include developing strategies for Sales efficiency, fostering team development, monitoring performance metrics, implementing company policies, and building relationships with stakeholders. The Cluster Manager will also identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to increase customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to monitor, mentor, and support teams effectively.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, operational management, and performance tracking.
- Experience in effective communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of health insurance products, services, and industry regulations is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree is beneficial.
