Cluster Manager- Enablement Services- Maharashtra

Preferably ex-military or similar background with field familiarity and local language fluency

• Experience leading multi-site facility and support service operations(preferably in the target areas of operation)

• Manage vendor SLAs, audits, and third party security agencies

• Strong understanding of the local political & social economic dynamics of the target states

• Established social equity to operate in the target region

• Experience in resolving community-level RoW and site conflict issues

• Familiarity with CSR implementation and local engagement practices

• Strong relationships with local administration and law enforcement

• Skilled in managing decentralized teams across geographies under time-sensitive conditions
