Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India for a Cluster Manager at DropX Logistics. The Cluster Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple delivery hubs within the assigned region. Responsibilities include supervising staff, optimizing operational efficiency, managing logistics and resource allocation, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires consistent collaboration and communication with internal teams to maintain high service standards and address challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in supervising teams or leading operational units
• Excellent logistical planning, resource optimization, and decision-making skills
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile operations
• Prior exposure to Amazon EDSP or DSP operations is preferred
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stations and field teams.
• Proven experience managing operational KPIs and P&L.
• Proficiency in performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting tools
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to resolving challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with relevant industry software and a strong aptitude for working in a technology-driven environment
