Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 5–7 retail medical stores within the assigned cluster.
- Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and compliance at all outlets.
- Lead, train, and supervise store managers and staff to achieve business goals.
- Ensure adherence to all pharmacy regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and procurement teams for inventory management.
- Implement company policies and promotional strategies at store level.
- Conduct regular audits and store visits to ensure SOP adherence.
- Analyze performance reports and take corrective actions to improve KPIs.
- Handle customer grievance escalations and ensure excellent service standards.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of cluster staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Pharmacy/Healthcare Management or relevant field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in healthcare or retail pharmacy management.
- Must have handled operations of at least 4–5 medical stores.
- Strong leadership, team handling, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory control, and compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
